AFD Services is a Real Estate Development Services Company that operates in both the Residential and Commercial markets. As a development service company, AFD Services offers interior design and construction services.

 

The Construction Services Team offers extensive experience in Residential Interiors, Outdoor Living Spaces, Multi-family Interiors, Commercial Interiors, Capital Improvement, Higher Education, Federal/ Government, and Hospitality. Our most important asset is our relationship with our clients. The goal of every employee, every day, is to exceed expectations by showing care and compassion for each and every project in order to deliver a superior quality of work.

Planning thoroughly for each project ensures an understanding of details and efficiency of operations to arrive at the desired outcome. All projects begin with a formalized Project Execution Plan (PEP) that is developed with input from all project stakeholders. The PEP is the basis for outlining the expectations for each project. Each project is unique as are the needs of each client. We offer management tools tailor-made to fit each situation.

Communication is the cornerstone of developing trust and forming strong client relationships. Project leads are expected to speak frequently with their client. Periodic comprehensive reporting is required on all projects regardless of size or complexity. This reporting provides information to the client in a sufficient level of detail to support the total understanding of the project regardless of the client’s ability to visit the site.
